Disconnect Facebook yourself
This is immediate and does not require contacting anyone. In CrewOS:
- Open Settings → Integrations
- Find the Facebook connection and choose Disconnect
Disconnecting revokes the access token, stops the platform from receiving any further data from Meta, unsubscribes your Page from lead notifications, and deletes the stored credentials and cached Page, ad account, and pixel details.
You can also remove CrewOS from the Facebook side, under Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business Integrations on your Facebook account. Meta notifies us when you do, and we treat it exactly the same way.
Leads that already arrived in your pipeline before you disconnected are your business records and stay in your workspace. Delete them individually, or ask for full deletion below.
Request deletion of your data
Email support@crewos.site with the subject Data deletion request, and include:
- The business name on the CrewOS account, or the Facebook Page involved
- The email address associated with the account
- What you want deleted — everything, or only data obtained from a specific connected service
We confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete verified deletions within 30 days. We may keep the minimum records that tax, accounting, or other law requires us to retain, and will tell you if that applies.
If you are a homeowner or customer of a contractor
If you submitted a form or contacted a contractor who uses CrewOS, that contracting business controls your information — we store it for them. The fastest route is to ask that business directly.
You can also write to support@crewos.site. We will identify the business holding your record, forward your request, and support them in completing it.
What gets deleted
- Stored access tokens and credentials for the connected service
- Cached account details such as connected Pages, ad accounts, and pixels
- Advertising metrics retrieved from the connected service
- Lead records obtained through the connected service, when full deletion is requested
Deletion covers backups on our normal backup rotation, which completes within 90 days.
